Consultant and speaker in executive and sports coaching

The instinct to win applies as much to sports as it does to business. To lead a team to victory, one must accept challenges and work as a team in adversity. Danièle Sauvageau knows all about it…

In 2002, she led the women’s field hockey team to the first medal in history, became the first female analyst on Radio-Canada’s traditional Hockey Night in Canada, and worked for 33 years with the Montreal Police Department and the RCMP. Beijing 2022 was her 10th Olympic Games.

Today, Danièle Sauvageau is an associate professor at HEC Montréal and CEO of Centre 21.02, a high performance field hockey center. She uses her expertise, her studies in social work and management, as well as her vast experience to advise high performance coaches and business leaders. She also passionately shares her lessons and learnings at her conferences.
